New Type High Performance Synthetic Rubber Technology
Considering the shortcoming of the anti-aging and anti-contamination of home silicone rubber, after investing a great deal of money, our company successfully developed a new type of high performance synthetic rubber in Oct. 2004, which provides a very high anti contaminant flashover and whose contaminant flashover voltage is more than twice comparing with common silicone rubber or electric porcelain. This new type synthetic rubber also has a good performance of enduring the affect of impact, wear proof, extreme-weather, ozone, ultraviolet radiation or extremely fluctuant temperature.

Intelligent Power Distribution Automation
Our company developed successfully a new generation of power distribution automation in 2000, which combined the modern technology of micro-electronics, communication, and computer with electrical equipment to integrate the monitoring, protection, control of power distribution network under the normal and accidental circumstance into the management of electricity power supply departments. This project has been listed into the Provincial Key Technologies R & D Program of Zhejiang.

126kV Permanent Magnet Vacuum breaker
126kV Vacuum breaker project is one of National Key Technologies R & D Programs of China. Developed jointly by our company with Xi’an Jiaotong University, and designed mainly by Professor Wang Jimei personally, known as “Father of Vacuum ” of China, the first 126kV single break vacuum extinguishing arc room in China has come into being, which achieved the leading international level. Meanwhile, our company has independently designed the single-stable-state permanent magnet operation mechanism and high intelligent controller, hence realized synchronism-select-phase making capacity, reduced the impact of system due to over high voltage, and further enhanced interrupting capacity. The 126kV permanent magnet vacuum breaker developed by our company represented the current international state-of-the-art technology.

Originated from the technology of University of Birmingham, the outstanding fixed sealing technology adopted the 3rd generation of outdoor fixed sealing vacuum breaker, with the most advanced international APG (through once, twice, thrice injection) fixed sealing insulation technology, which includes the most complete range of outdoor fixed sealing vacuum breakers, with rated high voltage 12kV, 24kV, rated current 630A- 1250A, and breaking current 20kA-25kA. With reasonable design, aesthetic profile and the most compact structure(40kg), these top-grade outdoor fixed sealing vacuum breakers have all exceeded the performance and technical requiremeents of not only national standard GB1984-2003 High-Voltage A.C Breaker but also international standard IEC62271-100-2001.
